Pizza and ice cream :)

Cheat meal is usually for us at saturday, but this time was on friday. We ate 3 pepperoni pizzas and 16 ice creams ( Vanilla and strawberry cornet). That was a little bit to much haha but we survived ๐Ÿ˜€


Later, we had to train, because we felt so sleepy at 12 am hah

Eating ice cream made me think about the ice cream makers. It would be cool to make your own ice cream with all kinds of ingredients at home. I saw that the people are crazy about the ice cream makers in a last month and they buy them like crazy. You can find some of them here:

How to lose 8 kg in 2 months?

This is the right place where you can learn and copy my way of losing 8 kg in first 2 months. It really works and this way is the healthiest way of losing 1 kg in a week. Nutritionists and doctors are always saying that perfekt amount of lost kg is between 0.5 and 1 kg in a week. So, let’s begin.

At the beggining, you need to get rid of all junk food from your diet and follow this simple rules:

Breakfast: 1. Drink a lots of water (1 cup od more) and eat after 30 min
2. Eggs, bacon, lots of cabagge, green salat, tomatoes or any kind of salat or vegetables (this meal will make you full a really long time)

Lunch: ย  ย  ย  1. Drink a lots of water (1 cup or more) and eat after that (20-30 min)
2. Any kind of meat or fish with lots of vegetables or any kind of salat. You can take some rice, buckwheat, quinoa or something like that, but that needs to be the smallest part of your plate

Snacks: ย  ย  ย 1. You can eat some fruits (not more than 1 apple or 1 banana) or eat some nuts, or salat

Dinner: ย  ย  ย 1. You don’t need to eat the dinner if you are not hungry
ย  2. When you are hungry, eat dinner at least 2 or 3 hours before you go to sleep ( it’s not good to go to sleep with a full stomack, because the food in you stomack can not be digested correctly and it can be stored like a fat)
3. You can eat what’s left from your lunch, but without carbs, or you can make some big salat with some beans and nuts

Plus all that, drinking water through the day will make you feel hidrated and full.
Your food doesn’t need to be dry. Olive oil, canola oil, butter, peanut oil or some avocado, vinegar and little bit of salt will make your food more delicious. Don’t be afraid of eating fat if you don’t eat a lot of carbs (wholewheat carbs).

If you go to the school, work or university, and you don’t know how to eat there, I have a great solution for that. I used to take this food containers and they helped me a lot. Fascinating! The truth about fat: “Fat does not make you fat.”

Have you ever heard about that statement? You are probably thinking that that has nothing to do with the truth. Every time you ask somebody on the street about what tipe of food make us fat, they say “When you eat lots of fatty stuff, of course.” Well, that’s not truth. The media and the advertisers were sharing that story with us just to make us blind. So that we don’t buy the food that make us full for a long time, but the food that make us more hungry so that we could buy more.

Later, there were more and more people who were obese. They didn’t know why is that so. Time Magazine made one article with the picture on which was a plate with eggs and bacon and a sad face with the title “And now the bad news” They wanted to show that eggs and the bacon are bad for your cholesterol. Some time later, they published a new article with the same picture but with happy face and with the title “And now the good news”. It is so easy to manipulate with people. Everybody were so suprised. Why can’t people think with their own head and figure out what is good and what is bad for their health (that is really logical).

The truth is that fat does not make us fat, carbs do! In natural fats we can include, all tipes of meat, fish, bacon, natural butter, all natural oil, olive oil, avocado, all nuts, eggs etc.. And what make us fat are bad carbs like wheat, flour, sugar, alcohol etc. The food which contains good fats and fibers make us feel full longer, they slow your digestion, and you are feeling really good in your belly the whole time. Bad carbs and sugars make us hungry again and they go immediately in our blood and make fat cells in our body.

I experienced it myself. I got rid of all of the bad carbs, sugars, drinks full of sugar, and included all good fats, eggs and bacon every day, olive oil, butter with everything, fat from meat etc.. I lost 15 kg and I was feeling full the whole time with the perfekt feeling in my stomack ๐Ÿ™‚

Sushi lovers

What’s the right meaning of the word “sushi”? What this word means? I found that the word sushi means “salty” or “sour-tasting”, and some people say that that means vinegared rice. Who knows? It is increadible how is sushi actually so simple dish. Vinegared rice with all kinds of different raw fish. On the other side, it has so special taste ( of course, for those who love raw fish). For those who don’t like raw fish, there are lots of other different combinations with what you can eat sushi. You can eat it with chicken, vegetables, chicken in tempura, vegetables in tempura, sardinen, with prawns, tuna etc…I really don’t know who wouldn’t like that ๐Ÿ˜€
I could eat sushi every day. I swear! For me, the most tasty way to eat sushi is with fingers ๐Ÿ™‚ It can be done with fingers too! That’s the rule!
One time, I was in one japanese restaurant in Budapest and I was having a problem with chopsticks half an hour. That was so hard for me to eat with it! When you are sooo hungry, and you want to put all those sushi rolls in your mouth, and you are a sushi lover, and you are so excited, and then every time your roll falls from your chopsticks. That was so annoying. The woman who was working there, was looking at me and finally after half an hour, she came to our table and asked: “Do you want maybe a fork?” And she was laughing inside so much. I could see that. hah I said that that is not necessary. I was learning!! haha Next time I was eating with my fingers, because I read somewhere that eating with fingers is right too ๐Ÿ™‚ That’s great!

When you are doing sushi at home, you don’t need to do it alone with your hands, you can buy the product, which is called Sushi Bazooka! I heard, it is soo popular and it really works! Your fingers won’t be covered with sticky rice anymore haha You can find it here:ย ssushi_bazooka_B

Fondue lovers

How many times have you had fondue? Which fondue have you tried? In this 6 months I had fondue at least 10 times haha. Everytime was with cheese ๐Ÿ˜€
Sometimes cheese with bread, sometimes cheese with Rรถsti potato (Swiss dish with mashed potatoes) and sometimes with chicken nuggets. But for me, cheese with bread is the best combination. Simple but delicious. Expecially, when you find the american tost bread with butter. Just bread is incredible tasty. Here are some pic…ย Fondue_B

The most important thing is to have really good fondue pot. I have Swiss cheramic Fondue set for 6 people. Thas pot is soo good. Nothing sticks on the edges and you can wash it until it is totally clean. Absolutely no signs of cheese. You can find it hereย :fondue_pot

Choco Cheat Day!

It is saturday morning and it is CHEAT MEAL day! Yesterday, my husband bought for us some chocolates in big packs ๐Ÿ˜€ 18 Ferrero Duplo ย and Kinder Bueno 10*2 pieces. We ate almost all haha. I was craving chocolate the whole week. And finally, the choco day is here!Cheat_1.7.17.

Now, I feel like I have choco fever ๐Ÿ˜€ That was soooo good!

My food love story

This post will be about my side of food love story. 4 years ago, I was 20 years old, 159 cm high and 69 kg. That was a little bit too much for a girl so small. But I didn’t think that that was something that I need to worry about. I was still young. I could enjoy eating the food which I wanted. The sad thing was that I didn’t take it seriously. For myself, my body was ok. I thought, the time will come when I won’t eat so much anymore. Nobody told me what is healthy and what is not. Nobody knew that. They were eating just like me. Of course that I would eat just like them. They were saying “You are so sweet and chubby.” That was good to hear and I thought, ah thanks, good, I look good :). Then I figured out, that I was to big for only 159 cm. I need to do something.
Then I meet my boyfriend, today husband ๐Ÿ™‚ He wanted to have good body and be healthy. He was playing football, he was running like crazy everyday, but he didn’t see the results. “WHERE ARE THE AABSSS??” He was skinny, but something wasn’t right. How could he runn so much, eat once a day, something small like bread or cookies with milk, because he didn’t have time to eat, and having NOO AABSSS?! Something was really weird. We started exploring the new sides of eating food. Which food to eat to lose fat and weight, which combinations are good to eat, which food will give us the energy which we need for a day, etc.
At the beggining, it was so funny, we have red somewhere, that eating pasta without anything is really healthy, because you don’t mix it with other food. We were eating sooooo much pasta, at the time, but we were still soo hungry and still was nothing changing. Ok, I was getting bigger again, because I was a food lover, and I couldn’t stop eating haha. Later, we were watching so much youtube videos from different fitness trainers and nutricionists, so much articles about food combinations, healthy eating, fitness, and we found something what was working for us. It was something like LCHF diet. Of course, food that you need to eat is natural food, which you can found in nature, not in laboratories. A lots of veggies, all kinds of meat, nuts, natural fats and the smallest part of a meal can be natural carbohydrates. You don’t need carbohydrates every meal. That’s not the rule. After 2 months, I lost 8 kg. So, that means 1 kg in a week. That’s perfekt amount of losing weight correctly. And, you could see a little bit of ABS on my husband’s belly ๐Ÿ˜€ Plus, we were working out around 3 times a week, just to be in a shape and keep the skin tight.
Every week or every 2 weeks, we had interresting cheat meals or cheat days and we really enjoyed it. That still works for us today ๐Ÿ˜‰
I will put pictures of our cheat meals every time we have one, so that you can come up with some ideas for your cheat meals.

Hello food lovers

Hello food lovers and cheaters!

First of all, I want to explain what “eating and cheating” means. Everybody know what the verb “eating” means. Otherwise, you wouldn’t be on this site. Everybody love to eat, right? ๐Ÿ˜€ Other verb, “cheating”, means cheat meals, not cheating your girlfriend or your boyfriend haha. Now , that you understood that, we can continue.

I changed my eating habits 3 years ago, when I figured out that I am getting bigger and bigger and that I can’t enjoy eating what I want in a amount which I want. Then I found the way of enjoying it. 6 days of healthy eating and 1 day (or a meal) of cheating ๐Ÿ˜€

So, in this blog, I will write about all kinds of different healthy meals and of course, unhealthy meals (#CHEATMEALS), I will share with you some of the recipies that I found interesting, I will write about what I eat during the day etc.
